How I see myself as a Yoga teacher
I bring my Western training as an Occupational Therapist with my Eastern training as a Yoga teacher. I know how important a balanced lifestyle can assist in good health. I will teach you lifelong skills using asanas/poses that will keep you strong and your body balanced.
I work in a school for children with special- needs and have a private practice near by.
I also teaches yoga to parents and families of children with special- needs and gentle movement classes to adults with special-needs and those living with cronic illness.
My personal experience is that Yoga is a great tool to create balance in your life.
Yoga helps you to feel that it is time and space for calmness, reflection and beeing present.
I work with Classical and Hatha Yoga.
